are you sure? cause i can...i used to think i can't use blizzard but it consume so much mp 3500 ^_^ if not than be patient he'll fix it

For ice arch mage probarly you got not enuf mp. For fire poison archmage, there was once a bug, it consume 7k mp, so try getting 7k mp and try again
