4TH JOB SKILL!! (admin plz c)

i know that this is pretty annoying but I would love to use 4th job skills that doesnt work. im trying my best to not complain about this but i hope Admins are working hard on this 4th job skills... TY

The 4th job skills that doesn't work is the one that hacks the server makes people get dc and also spells that make Over power bugged damage. Admin Have made them unavaible so you can't learn them untill he fixed them
