| maybe you have to use your sp for your biginner skills first | |

| The beginner skills should have nothing to do with that cause i never use the noob skills.
Please dubble check to make sure that all your skill point are use befor you try and do any adv and make sure you are a high enough lvl. | |

| lacking of lvl 1 skills means that ya got an skill from lvl 1 not upgraded good to that lvl so ya can upgrade the otter 1 | |
