How come some marksman hav the skill snipe while alot of us dont? my fren says he got it from spiegelmann...but whn i go try it, nthg happens... so how do we get the snipe skill?

Yes it's tru go and talk to mr spiegelmann and he will uppgrade all your skills to max. (just the skills that isn't avaible.) but i hink Snipe is one if the Unavaible skills so that is maybe why you isn't allowed to get it
